Tom Izzo was offered the head coaching position of the Phoenix Suns last offseason. The job eventually went to Jordan Ott, who worked under Izzo for several years at Michigan State before eventually moving to the NBA. Izzo decided to remain at Michigan State and led the school to the Sweet 16.
