At least three fans were asked by WNBA security personnel to cover shirts that had messages about transgender women participating in women's sports during Sunday's Fever-Dream game. The league said Monday the fans should have been free to wear the shirts.

The Indiana Fever had to earn their 95-91 win over the Atlanta Dream in OT, but might not have been in that position if Angel Reese put the game away in regulation. Reese had an open layup to seal the win at the end of regulation, with the game tied 81-81, but missed it, as the Fever secured the win in OT.

Dropping a game to the league-leading Minnesota Lynx is not enough to spark frustrations for Las Vegas Aces coach Becky Hammon just yet. Her team has now recorded its 12th loss of the season, just two shy of its total regular-season losses last year.

The Sparks forward wasn't worried about facing male practice players. It was the reaction around them that caught her attention.

A'ja Wilson scored 32 points for the Aces, but only got 12 from Chelsea Gray and 8 from Jackie Young.

Minnesota continued its dominant season with another statement win over Las Vegas, but several difficult tests remain on the schedule.

Sonia Citron scored 21 points, Shakira Austin had 17 points and 11 rebounds, and the Washington Mystics rallied in the fourth quarter to defeat the Los Angeles Sparks 80-70 on Saturday night. Kiki Iriafen added 19 points and eight rebounds for Washington (20-14), which was coming off two straight losses at Las Vegas. Austin's layup with six minutes left in the fourth quarter gave Washington a 65-64 lead, its first advantage since it was 41-39 at halftime.
