The New Orleans Pelicans and ex-Los Angeles Clippers wing Bennedict Mathurin have agreed to a two-year, $16 million deal, according to ESPN's Shams Charania.

Jonathan Kuminga agreed to a two-year, $12.4 million deal with the Timberwolves, which includes a player option, his agent told ESPN's Shams Charania. Part of Minnesota's pitch is an expectation Kuminga will fill the vacant starting power forward slot.

The Miami Heat are reportedly interested in Nick Richards, Gabe Vincent, and Keshad Johnson, according to Marc Stein of The Stein Line. The Heat currently have 13 players on the roster. With Klay Thompson signing a two-year, $11.5 million deal, the Heat are now $5.2 million under the first apron and could sign two players on veteran minimum contracts. Richards averaged 5.8 points and 5.1 rebounds last season for the Bulls and Suns.
