The Cleveland Cavaliers ruled Jarrett Allen out for Sunday's matchup against the Boston Celtics with a right knee injury. Allen originally suffered the injury on Tuesday against the Pistons. Donovan Mitchell was upgraded to probable for the matchup. Mitchell has missed the last four games with a right groin strain. Jayson Tatum gave no indication whether he would suit up for the Celtics on Sunday. Tatum returned from a torn Achilles on Friday night.
