The Cleveland Cavaliers have converted Nae'Qwan Tomlin from a Two-Way to a two-year, $3 million guaranteed contract. Tomlin has appeared in 43 games this season with the Cavaliers, averaging 6.5 points and 3.1 rebounds in 17.1 minutes.
