NBA general managers overwhelmingly predict the 2027 champion to come from the Western Conference. In the 25th annual NBA GM Survey, 93 percent picked either the San Antonio Spurs or the Oklahoma City Thunder to win the title. San Antonio received 50% of the votes and Oklahoma City got 43%.
