    Five-star prospect Dylan Mingo decommitted from North Carolina on Monday. Mingo had initially committed to the program under Hubert Davis, who was fired following the season. UNC hired Michael Malone earlier this month. Mingo picked the Tar Heels over Baylor, Penn State and Washington, but he is expected to consider other programs. Mingo is ranked ranked No. 9 in the SC Next 10 for the 2026 class. Malone was able to retain top-25 recruit Maximo Adams.
