Jarkel Joiner has signed an Exhibit 10 deal with the Charlotte Hornets. Joiner spent last season with Raptors 905 of the G League, averaging 10.9 points, 2.3 rebounds and 3.8 assists in 23.6 minutes. Joiner went undrafted out of NC State in 2023.
