Taylor Jenkins met in Memphis last week with Jon Horst, Wes Edens and Jimmy Haslam to discuss the franchise's head coaching vacancy. The two sides are expected to meet again soon to further discuss the opening. Jenkins was head coach of the Memphis Grizzlies from 2019 until he was abruptly fired near the end of the 2024-25 season.
