The Dallas Mavericks dismissed director of health and performance Johann Bilsborough on Monday, sources told Tim MacMahon of ESPN. It is the fourth consecutive year that the Mavs have made a change in the department. Bilsborough was initially hired by then-general manager Nico Harrison to replace Casey Smith.
