University of Memphis men's basketball coach Penny Hardaway has hired Gabriel Harris as the program's first-ever general manager, the school announced Thursday. Harris comes to Memphis after serving as general manager of the Stockton Kings, the NBA G League affiliate of the Sacramento Kings.
