The Las Vegas Aces waived guard Chennedy Carter on Tuesday, in one of the biggest moves at the WNBA’s midseason cut-down deadline. Carter made the Aces ‘ regular season roster on a non-guaranteed, veteran-minimum contract valued at $277,500 after signing a training camp deal in April.
