NBAA handful of young players failed to reach rookie-scale extensions this month, meaning they could be on the market as soon as next offseason. The Bulls will have tons of money to spend, once again. Would you want them to throw an offer sheet at any of these guys? Personally, I feel like Anthony Black could be an awesome fit.
