Josh Hart has started light on-court work as he recovers from an ankle injury, according to the New York Knicks. Hart will be re-evaluated in one week. Hart, who suffered the injury on Christmas against the Cavs, has missed the last four games.

The Houston Rockets have not ruled Fred VanVleet out for the entire 2025-26 season, according to Marc Stein of The Stein Line. VanVleet tore his ACL and underwent surgery on September 25. VanVleet is reportedly targeting a potential late-season return as he rehabs the injury. The Rockets were granted a $12.5 million Disabled Players Exception for VanVleet. VanVleet averaged 14.1 points and 5.6 assists last year.

Christian Koloko and the Memphis Grizzlies have signed a second 10-day contract. Koloko previously signed a 10-day contract with the Grizzlies via the hardship on December 22nd.
