One program long lived with the distinction of losing more games in the history of college football than anyone. Indiana and Miami are playing for the national title Monday night, and if that has you scratching your head thinking “Who?” or “What?” then you are not alone. “When I got here,” explained Indiana's second-year coach and turnaround artist Curt Cignetti, “I was trying to figure out if the fan base was dead or just on life support.”
