The Washington Wizards moved up in the second round to draft Tennessee forward Felix Okpara on Wednesday night, one night after making BYU forward AJ Dybantsa the No. 1 pick in the NBA draft. The Wizards began the night with two second-round picks before acquiring the No. 46 pick from Orlando to add size with Okpara (6-11, 242).
