The Sacramento Kings have hired Brendan Suhr and Jason Maxiell as assistant coaches under Doug Christie. Suhr was previously an assistant coach in the NBA for the Atlanta Hawks, Detroit Pistons, Toronto Raptors, Orlando Magic and New York Knicks with several ties to Isiah Thomas. Maxiell was an assistant coach previously for the Stockton Kings of the G League.
