The Dallas Wings and the Washington Mystics locked horns in one of the most anticipated matchups of the week, and it’s safe to say the game lived up to the hype. What looked like a golden opportunity for Dallas to snap back into the win column ultimately ended in an 81-75 defeat, their 11th loss of the season.
On Friday, ESPN’s Alexa Philippou reported that Angel Reese and Paige Bueckers will not be sanctioned after appearing in a controversial clip that was tweeted by the WNBA’s official X account. In the clip, which the WNBA said was “intended to be lighthearted” in a statement released Thursday, Reese and Bueckers appear to be making a $400 bet on the outcome of their Atlanta Dream-Dallas Wings matchup this week.
